Chagee Holdings Limited's stock soared 5.22% in post-market trading following the release of its first quarter 2026 financial results.
The premium tea drinks brand reported net revenues of RMB3,546.0 million (US$514.1 million), representing a year-over-year increase from RMB3,392.7 million in the same quarter of 2025. The company's overseas gross merchandise value showed particularly strong growth, surging 139.0% year-over-year to RMB426.4 million, while its teahouse network expanded by 12.7% to 7,531 locations.
Investors responded positively to the company's announcement of a US$150 million share repurchase program authorized by the board of directors. The buyback plan, combined with better-than-expected revenue performance and continued international expansion, drove the stock's significant gain during the trading session.
