Ingenic Semiconductor fixes H-share maximum offer price at 102.80 Hong Kong dollars

Ingenic Semiconductor Co.,Ltd. (300223.SZ) disclosed that the base offering size for its global H-share sale is set at 31,287,300 shares, subject to the exercise of the over-allotment option.

The initial allocation includes a Hong Kong public offering of 3,128,800 shares, representing approximately 10% of the total global offering, which is subject to reallocation. The international tranche comprises 28,158,500 shares, accounting for about 90% of the global offering, also subject to reallocation and potential over-allotment.

From the listing date until 30 days after the close of the Hong Kong public offer, the sponsor and sole coordinator, acting on behalf of the international underwriters, can require the company to issue and allot up to 4,693,000 additional H-shares at the offer price by exercising the over-allotment option. If the over-allotment option is fully exercised, the maximum total number of H-shares in the global offering would reach 35,980,300.

The maximum offer price for the H-share issuance has been set at 102.80 Hong Kong dollars. The Hong Kong public offering commenced on 17 August 2026 and is expected to conclude on 20 August 2026, with the final offer price anticipated to be announced on or before 24 August 2026. Trading of the newly issued H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange is projected to begin on 25 August 2026.
