CA Cultural Records Stable Capital Structure in July 2026, Confirms Sufficient Public Float

CA Cultural Technology Group Limited submitted its monthly return for the period ended 31 July 2026, reporting no changes to its share capital structure and confirming compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange public-float requirements.

The company’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 500.00 million.

Issued share capital was steady at 1.18 billion ordinary shares, with no treasury shares outstanding. Consequently, the total issued share count also stayed at 1.18 billion. CA Cultural affirmed that at least 25% of these shares were held by the public, meeting the exchange’s minimum public-float threshold.

The filing indicated no activity during the month in relation to share options, warrants, convertible securities, other agreements to issue shares, or share repurchases.

Company Secretary Luk Sik Tat confirmed that all regulatory obligations under the Hong Kong Listing Rules were fulfilled for the reporting period.
