MAXNERVA TECH: Foxconn (Far East) Limited Acquires Shares, Long Position Rises to 40.46%

Foxconn (Far East) Limited acquired 239.05 million shares of MAXNERVA TECH (01037) at an average of HKD 0.6374 per share on July 27, 2026, involving about HKD 152.37 million. The acquisition was pursuant to a share purchase agreement (SPA) entered into on the same day between Foxconn (Far East) Limited (as buyer) and FSK Holdings Limited and FDG Fund, L.P. (as sellers), under which the buyer agreed to purchase 239,050,141 ordinary shares of the company, representing approximately 33.86% of the issued share capital.
Prior to the acquisition, Foxconn (Far East) Limited held 46.68 million shares, representing 6.61% of the issued share capital. Following the acquisition, the holding increased to 285.73 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 40.46%.
