ZHONGTAIFUTURES (01461) has announced changes to its board and executive leadership. The company's fourth-term independent non-executive director, Mr. Zheng Jianping, retired upon the conclusion of an extraordinary general meeting. Following the meeting, the first session of the fifth-term board of directors reviewed and approved the appointment of Mr. Liu Yunzhi as the company's General Manager. His term is scheduled to commence on April 30, 2026, and will last until the conclusion of the fifth board's tenure. Mr. Liu will be eligible for reappointment upon the expiration of his term.
