The repurchases form part of the mandate approved on 28 May 2026, which authorises the buyback of up to 34.66 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate have reached 3.59 million shares, representing 1.04% of the share count on the mandate date.
All transactions were executed by independent brokers under a Rule 10b5-1 plan in the United States and a Hong Kong automatic share repurchase agreement. No treasury shares are being held; all repurchased shares are designated for cancellation.
