Dear citizens: In the early hours of August 12, 2026, the 0538-7281890 government service hotline system suffered an external cyberattack. It was exploited by criminals for bulk outbound calls, engaging in harassment and fraud. Technical measures have been implemented to block abnormal calls, and a report has been filed with the public security authorities.

A solemn statement is now made on the relevant matters as follows:

First, the number 0538-7281890 is the government service hotline. This incident involves criminals using technical means to steal the number for harassment and fraud. The abnormal outbound call behavior has been effectively blocked, and the system is undergoing comprehensive repair and reinforcement. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Second, the Government Service Center will never request sensitive information such as bank card passwords, SMS verification codes, or ID card photos over the phone, nor will it demand transfers to personal or designated accounts under any pretext. If you receive a call displaying "0538-7281890" and the caller claims to be from official customer service platforms like Douyin, Alipay, or WeChat, remain highly vigilant. Any request for transfers or payments, citing reasons such as canceling paid services or fund verification, is fraudulent.

Third, if you have suffered losses due to answering such calls, immediately call 110 to report to the public security authorities, and retain records of the call, text messages, and other relevant evidence.
