YUEYUN TRANS (03399) announced that its incumbent auditor, Lixin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership), which has provided auditing services to the group for five consecutive fiscal years (including the year ending December 31, 2025), will retire upon the conclusion of the 2025 Annual General Meeting scheduled for June 26, 2026. To continuously optimize the corporate governance structure and comply with the requirement for regular auditor rotation to maintain audit independence and objectivity, the Board of Directors and the Company's Audit and Corporate Governance Committee, after careful consideration, propose not to reappoint Lixin as the company's auditor following the Annual General Meeting. Furthermore, the Board has resolved to submit a resolution at the Annual General Meeting to approve the appointment of KPMG Huazhen Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as the company's new auditor. The term of appointment will commence upon the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting and last until the end of the company's next Annual General Meeting. This proposed appointment is subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.
