China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC) has announced the completion of its corporate bond issuance.
The issuance pertains to the company's 2026 corporate bonds for professional investors (fourth tranche).
As detailed in the issuance announcement, the total issuance size for this tranche was set at no more than RMB 40 billion, with a par value of RMB 100 per bond.
The bonds were issued through a book-building process targeted at qualified professional investors as defined by relevant corporate bond regulations.
The issuance process concluded on June 10, 2026, with the final results now available.
For bond series one, the actual issuance amount was RMB 1.7 billion, carrying a final coupon rate of 1.56% and achieving a subscription multiple of 4.44 times.
Bond series two saw an actual issuance of RMB 1.2 billion, with a final coupon rate of 1.62% and a subscription multiple of 4.84 times.
The company confirmed that its directors, senior management, shareholders holding over 5% of shares, and other related parties did not participate in subscribing to this bond tranche.
An affiliate of the lead underwriter for this issuance, Huatai United Securities Co., Ltd., subscribed to RMB 100 million worth of the bonds.
Additionally, Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd. participated with a subscription of RMB 400 million.
The company stated that all subscription prices were fair and the procedures complied with regulatory requirements.
