Shenzhen Pagoda Industrial (Group) Corporation Limited (“Pagoda Industrial Group”) has issued a notice convening its first extraordinary general meeting of 2026 for 1:30 p.m. on Friday, 29 May 2026, at the 18th-floor Conference Room, Pagoda Technology Building, Shenzhen.

The sole agenda item is an ordinary resolution seeking shareholder approval for a connected transaction involving financial assistance to Shenzhen Pagoda Commercial Management Co., Ltd. The proposed assistance is governed by: • a supplemental agreement to the loan agreement signed on 30 September 2025; and • a subsequent loan agreement signed on 2 February 2026.

Voting will be conducted by poll in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, and results will be published on the HKEX and company websites. The shareholders’ register will be closed from 26 May 2026 to 29 May 2026 (both days inclusive); only holders recorded on 29 May 2026 are eligible to vote. Proxy forms must be lodged no later than 1:30 p.m. on 28 May 2026.

Pagoda Industrial Group’s board currently comprises four executive directors, one non-executive director, and five independent non-executive directors.
