XD Inc. adds 172,000-share buyback on 2 July; cumulative repurchases under 2026 mandate reach 2.23 million shares

Hong Kong – According to its Next Day Disclosure Return filed on 2 July 2026, XD Inc. (HKEX: 02400) repurchased 172,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HKD 45.34 and HKD 46.30 per share. The transaction cost HKD 7.88 million and all shares are designated for cancellation.

Including this latest trade, XD Inc. has bought back a total of 2.23 million shares between 12 June and 2 July 2026. These repurchases represent 0.46 % of the company’s issued share capital as at the 28 May 2026 date when shareholders granted the current mandate.
