Authorised / registered capital • Total authorised share capital stood at RMB 49.38 million, unchanged from the previous month. • The structure comprises 17.03 million H-shares listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and 32.35 million unlisted ordinary shares, both maintaining a par value of RMB 1 per share.
