Tian Ge Interactive Holdings Limited (TIANGE) disclosed a share buyback executed on 20 July 2026, repurchasing 10,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HK$0.60 per share. The transaction amounted to HK$6,000 in aggregate.

Following the repurchase: • Issued shares (excluding treasury) decreased by 10,000 to 1.11 billion, a marginal reduction of 0.0009%. • Treasury shares increased to 1.24 million. • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 1.11 billion, as the repurchased shares are being held in treasury rather than cancelled.

The buyback was conducted under the repurchase mandate approved on 29 May 2026, which authorises TIANGE to repurchase up to 110.94 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 1.24 million shares, representing 0.11% of the company’s issued share capital at the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, TIANGE is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 19 August 2026.
