SATS announces director retirement and board committee changes

On Jun, 05 2026, SATS Ltd. disclosed upcoming adjustments to its board and board committees, to take effect after the company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Jul, 17 2026.

Vinita Bali will retire as a non-executive independent director at the close of the AGM, stepping down as Chair of the Safety, Sustainability and Risk Committee (SSRC) and as a member of the Audit Committee (AC).

Subject to shareholder approval at the AGM, the post-meeting board will comprise nine directors: Irving Tan (Chairman), Kerry Mok (President and Chief Executive Officer), Chan Lai Fung, Eng Aik Meng, Mak Swee Wah, Deborah Ong, Pier Sigismondi, Malcolm Wilson and Michael Zechmeister.

Malcolm Wilson will succeed Bali as Chair of the SSRC. The SSRC will then consist of Wilson (Chair), Mak Swee Wah, Deborah Ong and Pier Sigismondi.

The AC will continue under the leadership of Chair Deborah Ong, with members Chan Lai Fung, Pier Sigismondi and Michael Zechmeister.

SATS stated that the formal notice of AGM and related re-election resolutions will be issued in due course.
