China CBM held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 27 May 2026, where all six ordinary resolutions were passed by poll with 100.00 % support from the 237.51 million shares voted, representing 60.82 % of the company’s 390.45 million issued shares.\n\nKey outcomes include:\n• Financial Statements: The audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 were adopted without opposition.\n\n• Board Composition: Shareholders re-elected Executive Director Wang Zhong Sheng and Independent Non-Executive Directors Lau Chun Pong and Wang Zhi He. The Board was also authorised to determine directors’ remuneration.\n\n• Auditor Re-appointment: KTC Partners CPA Limited was re-appointed as external auditor, with the Board authorised to set its remuneration.\n\n• Capital Mandates: The meeting renewed the general mandates authorising the Board to issue, allot and deal with shares, repurchase shares, and add repurchased shares to the issuance mandate.\n\nAscenda Cachet CPA Limited acted as scrutineer for vote-taking.
