Gala Tech posts zero share-capital movements in July; confirms >25% public float

Gala Technology Holding Limited (“Gala Tech”) reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 31 July 2026, according to its latest Monthly Return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 August 2026.

• Authorised capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, representing authorised share capital of HKD 100.00 million. No increase or decrease was recorded during the month.

• Issued share count was unchanged at 142.71 million ordinary shares (excluding 32,800 treasury shares). Total issued shares, inclusive of treasury stock, stayed at 142.74 million. No new shares were issued, cancelled or repurchased.

• Gala Tech affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%, confirming sufficient free-float liquidity as at 31 July 2026.

• The company’s approved Share Option Scheme showed no outstanding or newly granted options. Up to 13.80 million shares remain available for future grants, and no option-related shares were issued or transferred from treasury during the month.

• Gala Tech reported zero proceeds from option exercises and disclosed no warrants, convertible securities or other equity-linked instruments outstanding.

The absence of equity movements in July indicates a stable capital base, while the confirmed public-float compliance underscores adherence to Hong Kong listing regulations.
