Aoxin Q & M Dental says three China subsidiaries meet FY2025 profit guarantees

Aoxin Q & M Dental Group Limited announced that its China subsidiaries – Aoxin Youxin, Qingaomei and Aoxin Dawei – achieved the profit targets guaranteed by their respective vendors for the financial year ended Dec, 31 2025.

The audited figures show: • Aoxin Youxin delivered an adjusted net distributable profit after tax (Adjusted NDPAT) of about 0.15 million Singapore dollars, slightly above the 0.15-million-Singapore-dollar guarantee. • Qingaomei booked an Adjusted NDPAT of roughly 0.85 million Singapore dollars against a 0.53-million-Singapore-dollar target, generating a surplus of around 0.32 million Singapore dollars and lifting its cumulative surplus to about 1.43 million Singapore dollars. • Aoxin Dawei achieved an Adjusted NDPAT of approximately 0.17 million Singapore dollars versus a 0.17-million-Singapore-dollar commitment, resulting in a marginal surplus.

The board also reported that Vendor 1 has completed cash repayment of the outstanding shortfall – equivalent to about 0.42 million Singapore dollars – covering Tranches 2 to 6 of the previously agreed schedule. There are no outstanding shortfalls from the other vendors.

The company said it will provide further updates if there are material developments and advised shareholders to exercise caution when dealing in its securities.
