MAIYUE TECH Announces Company Secretary Transition: Patrick Lau Resigns, Curtus Kwan Takes Post

Maiyue Technology Limited (MAIYUE TECH) reported that Company Secretary Patrick Lau Wai Piu resigned effective 27 March 2026, citing personal commitments. The board confirmed that Lau had no disagreements with directors and that no matters required shareholder or exchange attention.

Effective the same date, Curtus Kwan Hung Chun was appointed Company Secretary. Kwan is a chartered secretary and chartered governance professional, holding associate memberships in both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute. His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Social Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master of Corporate Governance and Compliance from The Hong Kong Metropolitan University.

The board expressed gratitude for Lau’s contributions and extended a formal welcome to Kwan. As of 27 March 2026, the board consists of six executive directors and three independent non-executive directors, chaired by Li Changqing.
