Edianyun Adds 3.24 Million Shares in April 2026, Keeps Public Float Above 25%

Edianyun Limited (for the month ended 30 April 2026) reported a net increase of 3.24 million ordinary shares, lifting its issued share count (excluding treasury shares) to 509.87 million. Treasury share holdings were unchanged at 27.81 million, taking total issued shares to 537.68 million.

Authorised Capital Stable • Authorised share capital remained at 1.40 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.00005 each, equivalent to USD 70,000. • No changes in authorised or registered share capital were recorded during the month.

Share Movements Driven by Equity Incentives • Exercises under the Pre-IPO Option Plan generated 460,226 new shares, while 2,150 options were cancelled, leaving 8.03 million options outstanding. • The 2023 Share Scheme saw 1.28 million options exercised and 19,550 cancelled; 29.70 million options remain outstanding, with capacity to issue or transfer up to 35.48 million shares. • Separately, 1.49 million new shares were issued via share awards granted under the 2023 Share Scheme. • Aggregate proceeds from option exercises amounted to HKD 2.67 million for the month.

Public Float Compliance Edianyun confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public float requirement of 25% as at 30 April 2026.
