A-SHARE REPURCHASES • Period: 18 June–11 August 2026 • Volume: 96.75 million shares, equivalent to 0.10 % of the 97.14 billion A-shares in issue before the programme. • Consideration: About RMB 462.18 million, for a volume-weighted average repurchase price of RMB 4.78 per share. • Price range: RMB 4.46–RMB 5.28 per share.

LATEST TRANSACTION (11 AUG 2026) On 11 August 2026 the company bought back 0.90 million A-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange at prices between RMB 5.10 and RMB 5.20, spending RMB 4.62 million.
