Chaoju Eye Care Holdings Limited reported no change to its issued share capital as of 28 July 2026, with 705.18 million ordinary shares outstanding. However, the company continued its share-repurchase programme, buying back 180,000 shares on 28 July 2026 via on-market transactions at prices between HKD 2.64 and HKD 2.70, for a total consideration of HKD 0.48 million. All repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation.
Since the current mandate was approved on 12 May 2026, Chaoju Eye Care has acquired 3.34 million shares—equivalent to 0.47 % of the issued share base at the mandate date—out of the 70.52 million shares authorised for repurchase. The volume-weighted average prices for the individual buy-back sessions conducted between 2 April and 28 July ranged from HKD 2.43 to HKD 3.02 per share.
Under Hong Kong’s Listing Rules, Chaoju Eye Care is restricted from issuing new shares or selling any treasury shares until 27 August 2026, i.e., 30 days after the latest repurchase. All buy-backs were carried out in compliance with the Exchange’s regulations, and the company confirmed receipt of all monies and adherence to requisite legal and regulatory conditions.
