Edianyun Limited disclosed minor equity movements for June 2026. Two small batches of employee option exercises under the Pre-IPO Option Plan added a combined 2,200 new ordinary shares—1,750 on 5 June and 450 on 30 June—each issued at HKD 0.0004. The new shares expanded Edianyun’s outstanding share capital by just 0.0004% to 500.11 million shares as at 30 June 2026.

Concurrently, the company executed its first on-market share buy-back since securing a fresh mandate on 22 June 2026. On 30 June, Edianyun repurchased 206,000 shares at prices ranging from HKD 2.84 to HKD 2.94, at a volume-weighted average of HKD 2.89, for a total consideration of HKD 0.60 million. The repurchased stock has been retained as treasury shares, lifting the treasury pool to 38.24 million shares.

After factoring in the option-related issuances and the buy-back, Edianyun’s total issued share capital (including treasury shares) stood at 538.35 million shares. Treasury shares now account for roughly 7.10% of total issued capital.

Under the shareholder mandate, Edianyun is authorised to repurchase up to 50.07 million shares; 606,000 shares (0.12% of issued shares at the mandate date) have been bought back to date. In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or further treasury share disposals until 30 July 2026.
