Lum Chang Creations shareholders back Mainboard transfer, new mandate and one-for-one bonus issue

Lum Chang Creations Limited announced that all resolutions tabled at its Extraordinary General Meeting on May, 25 2026 were approved.

The Special Resolution to transfer the company’s listing from the Catalist board to the Mainboard of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited received 99.43% support, with 24,518,845 votes in favour and 139,800 votes against.

An Ordinary Resolution to adopt a new share issue mandate under Mainboard Rule 806 passed with 98.98% approval (287,800,900 votes for, 2,954,045 votes against).

Shareholders also approved amendments to moratorium undertakings given by Executive Chairman Lim Thiam Hooi, allowing him to sell up to 7.7 million shares in connection with a planned placement; the motion secured 24,668,745 votes for and 1,000 votes against.

A further Ordinary Resolution authorised a bonus issue of up to 330.0 million new shares on a one-for-one basis, with 290,754,945 votes for and 1,000 votes against.

The board is now authorised to take all necessary steps to implement the Mainboard transfer, the new mandate, the amended moratorium terms and the bonus issue, including actions required to meet the 25% public float threshold set by SGX-ST.
