Basic earnings per share reached RMB0.085, and the board proposed a final dividend of RMB0.0068 per share (RMB0.068 per 10 shares), pending shareholder approval.
Total assets expanded 33.89% to RMB45.20 billion, driven mainly by a 40.17% rise in client equity. Net assets attributable to shareholders grew 3.33% to RMB2.64 billion. The gearing ratio improved to 32.55%, down 9.32 percentage points.
Segment data show brokerage remained the core contributor with RMB588.60 million in external revenue, while the risk-management arm recorded a loss amid lower OTC options activity. Net cash outflow from operating activities amounted to RMB2.24 billion, reflecting larger margin movements.
The board highlighted intensified cost control—business and management fees edged down 1.97% to RMB541.01 million—and noted that research, digital transformation and intra-group collaboration will remain priorities in 2026.
Key regulatory ratios stayed above requirements: year-end net capital stood at RMB1.56 billion, 131.91% of total risk capital reserves.
