Financial Street Securities Declares Final FY2025 Dividend of RMB 0.15 per 10 Shares

Financial Street Securities Co., Limited has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.15 for every 10 H shares (equivalent to RMB 0.015 per share) for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The distribution remains subject to shareholder approval at a forthcoming general meeting, with the ex-dividend date, record date, book-closure period, and payment date to be confirmed.

Dividend payments to Hong Kong-registered shareholders will be made in Hong Kong dollars; the applicable exchange rate will be announced closer to the payment date. Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited will continue to act as the company’s share registrar.

Withholding tax will apply according to shareholder classification and residence: • Non-resident individual shareholders are generally subject to a 10 % individual income tax, unless a lower treaty rate is approved; if no treaty relief applies, the rate increases to 20 %. • Non-resident enterprise shareholders without a China permanent establishment are subject to a 10 % corporate income tax.

The board currently comprises two executive directors, five non-executive directors (including one employee representative), and four independent non-executive directors.
