CK Life Sciences Int’l., (Holdings) Inc. announced that its board of directors will convene in Hong Kong on 11 August 2026. Key agenda items include approval of the interim financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 and consideration of an interim dividend payment.
The notification, dated 30 July 2026, was issued under the authority of Company Secretary Eirene Yeung. The board is chaired by Executive Director Li Tzar Kuoi, Victor, alongside five other executive directors and five non-executive directors, four of whom serve in an independent capacity.
