Hong Kong – Kuaishou Technology (Kuaishou-W) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, detailing minimal changes to its capital structure but active equity movements driven by employee incentives, share buy-backs and a share-class conversion.

Authorised Share Capital • No change during July: 8.67 billion Class B WVR ordinary shares and 0.77 billion Class A WVR ordinary shares remain authorised, each carrying a par value of USD 0.0000053. • Aggregate authorised capital is steady at USD 50,000.

Issued Shares Class B WVR ordinary shares (listed on HKEX) • Opening balance: 3.662 billion shares. • Net increase: 2.05 million shares, lifting the month-end total to 3.664 billion. – +0.33 million from exercises under the 2018 Pre-IPO employee option scheme. – +14.20 million from new issues tied to the 2021 Post-IPO RSU Scheme (4.70 million) and 2023 Share Incentive Scheme RSUs (9.50 million). – −14.73 million cancelled following share repurchases executed and completed on 27 July 2026. – +2.26 million converted from Class A to Class B shares.

Class A WVR ordinary shares (unlisted) • Opening balance: 0.665 billion shares. • Net decrease: 2.26 million shares, solely due to conversion into Class B, bringing the total to 0.663 billion.

Public Float Kuaishou confirms compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25 % public-float requirement for its listed Class B shares as at 31 July 2026.

Employee Equity Schemes • 327,900 new Class B shares were issued from option exercises, generating HKD 0.11 million in proceeds. • Outstanding options: 39.60 million (16.27 million under the 2018 Pre-IPO scheme; 23.33 million under the 2021 Post-IPO scheme). • Shares remaining available for future grants: 208.71 million (options) and 147.08 million (RSUs) under the 2023 Share Incentive Scheme, plus 3.43 million RSUs under the 2021 scheme.

Treasury Shares The company held no treasury shares at month-end.

Capital Overview (31 July 2026) • Total issued share capital: 4.327 billion shares, comprising 3.664 billion Class B and 0.663 billion Class A shares. • Par value remains unchanged at USD 0.0000053 per share.
