Ausnutria completes new on-market repurchase; total buybacks reach 305,000 shares under 2025 mandate

Ausnutria Dairy Corporation Ltd (Ausnutria) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return on 22 April 2026, confirming an additional on-market repurchase of 1,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HKD 1.75 per share.

The latest transaction lifts the cumulative volume repurchased since 13 April 2026 to 305,000 shares, all earmarked for cancellation. These repurchases were executed within a price band of HKD 1.73–1.75, implying an aggregate cash outlay of approximately HKD 0.53 million.

Issued share capital remains unchanged at 1,778.14 million shares pending cancellation of the repurchased stock. The buybacks represent 0.0171 % of the 1,779.42 million shares authorised for repurchase under the mandate approved on 29 May 2025.

Under Listing Rule 10.06(3)(a), Ausnutria is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales until 22 May 2026. All repurchase procedures comply with Hong Kong Listing Rules and the terms of the company’s explanatory statement dated 30 April 2025.
