Edianyun Limited disclosed a Next Day Disclosure Return to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange detailing the repurchase of 93,000 ordinary shares on 20 July 2026. The shares were acquired on-market at prices ranging from HK$3.33 to HK$3.37, with a volume-weighted average cost of HK$3.3474, bringing the total consideration to approximately HK$0.31 million.
Following the transaction, Edianyun’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.019% to 488.94 million shares, down from 489.03 million. Treasury shares rose correspondingly to 49.41 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 538.35 million.
The buyback was executed under the general mandate approved on 22 June 2026, which authorises the repurchase of up to 50.07 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now stand at 11.78 million shares, representing 2.35% of the outstanding shares on the mandate date.
In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Edianyun is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares, effective until 19 August 2026.
