The group has been operating retail business at this property since 2007. The property functions as a department store and has consistently generated stable revenue for the group over the years. The business management rights delegation for the property atrium under the first management agreement allowed the group to operate the atrium and host promotional events, which not only enhanced the overall image and operational efficiency of the property but also increased customer traffic for the group's retail operations. The term of the first management agreement ran from October 1, 2021, to September 30, 2026, enabling the group to expand its retail operations and business layout at the property.
