The transaction was executed at a per-share price of HK$4.3369, bringing the total disposal value to roughly HK$4.8573 million.
Following this reduction, the latest share count held by Huang Li stands at approximately 37.4911 million shares, corresponding to a 8.92% ownership stake in the company.
