Tanwan forecasts 62%–69% YoY slide in H1 2026 earnings to RMB200.00–250.00 million

Tanwan Inc. (TANWAN) has issued a profit warning, indicating that unaudited consolidated net profit for the six months ended 30 June 2026 is expected to range between RMB200.00 million and RMB250.00 million. This represents a year-on-year decline of approximately 62%–69% from the RMB650.00 million recorded in the first half of 2025.

Management attributed the profit contraction to two primary factors:

1. A reduction in fair-value gains on financial assets at fair value through profit or loss, specifically shares of listed companies held by the Group. 2. Lower revenue stemming from decreased gross billings of several domestic games that have entered the later stages of their product life cycles.

The Company is still finalising its interim results, which are scheduled for release by the end of August 2026. Current figures are based on preliminary, unaudited management accounts and may be subject to adjustment. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in Tanwan’s shares until the official interim results are announced.
