Kingsmen Creatives (5MZ) announced on Apr, 30 2026 that the High Court of Malaya at Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia has moved the hearing of a winding-up petition against its 71% indirectly owned subsidiary, Kingsmen Projects Sdn. Bhd., from Apr, 27 2026 to Jun, 23 2026.
The petition was filed by F&C Steel Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. Kingsmen Creatives said it will provide further updates in line with Singapore Exchange rules as new information becomes available.
