According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on August 19, Huang Li sold 2.01 million shares of INNOGEN-B (02591) at a price of HK$4.4542 per share, with the total transaction value amounting to approximately HK$8.9529 million.
Following the reduction, Huang Li's latest shareholding stands at around 38.6111 million shares, representing 9.19% of the company's issued shares. The transaction also involved a connected party, Zheng Weih.
