Shares of the Roundhill Memory ETF (DRAM) surged 5.04% in 24-hour trading on Sunday, rebounding from a recent slide as investors reacted to a major new partnership involving top holding Samsung and positioned ahead of key earnings reports.

The rally was fueled by Samsung's announcement that it will manufacture products for Broadcom in a deal estimated to be worth $200 billion. Samsung will provide High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) solutions for Broadcom's AI accelerators and leverage its advanced 2-nanometer process technology for wireless communication products. This collaboration lifted sentiment across the memory sector, driving gains in the ETF's largest components.

Additionally, traders are anticipating upcoming earnings from Samsung and SK Hynix, both of which are top holdings in the fund. Preliminary results from Samsung already indicated a strong second quarter, and bulls hope the formal reports will serve as catalysts to reverse the recent declines in these stocks. Seagate Technology, another key constituent, has also posted robust revenue growth, adding to the positive outlook for the memory industry.
