Haidilao International Holding Ltd. announced that the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has confirmed Joint Company Secretary Mr. Li Peng now fully meets the professional requirements under Listing Rule 3.28. This confirmation renders unnecessary the previous waiver—effective since 30 December 2022—that had allowed Mr. Li to serve with assistance until 29 December 2025.

Separately, Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Process Agent Mr. Cheng Ching Kit has resigned from all three positions, effective 24 March 2026. The company reports no disagreements between Mr. Cheng and the Board, and no matters requiring shareholder or exchange attention.

Effective the same date, Ms. Oh Sim Yee will assume Mr. Cheng’s roles. An assistant manager at SWCS Corporate Services Group (Hong Kong) Ltd., Ms. Oh brings more than 12 years of corporate-secretarial experience. She has been an associate member of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute (UK) since 2017 and holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Victoria University, Australia.

The Board, chaired by Mr. Zhang Yong, expressed its appreciation for Mr. Cheng’s service and welcomed Ms. Oh to her new appointments.
