Hua Medicine-B (02552) announced that Ms. Yuan Yingxin has resigned from her positions as the company secretary and the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules, effective March 26, 2026. Following Ms. Yuan's resignation, the board of directors has appointed Ms. Ouyang Lini as the company secretary and authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, effective from the same date.
