Sunshine 100: High Court Vacates 22 June Hearing, Sets Winding-Up Petition for 16 October 2026

Sunshine 100 China Holdings Ltd (Sunshine 100) disclosed that the High Court of Hong Kong has rescheduled the substantive hearing of the winding-up petition against the company. According to a consent summons lodged by both the petitioner and Sunshine 100 on 27 May 2026, the Court on 29 May 2026 ordered the hearing originally fixed for 22 June 2026 to be vacated. The new hearing date is now set for 16 October 2026.

The update follows the company’s earlier disclosures dated 12 March 2026 and 20 May 2026 regarding the petition. Sunshine 100 advises holders of its securities and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.

The announcement was authorised for release by the Board, comprising Executive Directors Yi Xiaodi (Chairman) and Fan Xiaochong, Non-Executive Directors Fan Xiaohua and Wang Gongquan, and Independent Non-Executive Directors Ng Fook Ai, Victor and Li Chunping.
