Beisen Holding Completes HK$0.73 Million Share Buyback, Treasury Stock Rises to 21.04 Million Shares

Beisen Holding Limited disclosed that it repurchased 230,000 ordinary shares on 2 October 2026 through on-market transactions on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$3.11 to HK$3.18, with a volume-weighted average cost of HK$3.1532 per share. The aggregate consideration amounted to approximately HK$0.73 million.

Following the transaction, Beisen’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased from 717.30 million to 717.07 million shares— a marginal reduction of 0.03%. The company’s treasury stock increased from 20.81 million to 21.04 million shares, while the total number of issued shares remained unchanged at 738.11 million.

The buyback was executed under the company’s existing repurchase mandate granted on 17 September 2026, which authorizes the purchase of up to 71.92 million shares. Including the latest transaction, Beisen has repurchased 2.20 million shares in total under this mandate, equivalent to 0.31% of the company’s issued share base at the mandate date.

All 230,000 shares acquired on 2 October have been retained as treasury shares. No shares were cancelled, and no treasury shares have been sold. Under Hong Kong listing rules, Beisen is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 1 November 2026.
