Madison Holdings Group Limited (MADISON H-NEW) alerted shareholders that, based on a preliminary review of unaudited management accounts for the year ended 31 March 2026, it expects to post a loss attributable to owners in the range of HK$17.00 million–HK$20.00 million. This compares with a HK$15.20 million loss recorded for the prior fiscal year ended 31 March 2025, indicating a year-on-year deterioration of approximately HK$1.80 million–HK$4.80 million.
Management attributes the larger deficit primarily to a rise in expected credit losses on loan and interest receivables. The company is still finalising its consolidated results, which remain unaudited and subject to further review by its independent auditor and audit committee.
Madison Holdings plans to release its full annual results on 25 June 2026. Until then, shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.
