Alebund Pharmaceuticals (Jiangsu) Limited released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer, confirming that there were no changes to registered or issued share capital during September 2026.

The company’s registered share capital remained at RMB 348.37 million, comprising 235.64 million H shares and 112.73 million unlisted ordinary shares, each with a par value of RMB 1.00. issued H shares—representing Alebund Pharmaceuticals’ entire Hong Kong–listed equity—stood unchanged at 235.64 million, while no treasury shares were held.

Alebund Pharmaceuticals affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s public-float requirement, meeting the minimum 19.53% threshold applicable at the time of listing.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or exercised during the month, and the filing recorded no share repurchases, cancellations, or allotments.
