AK Medical Holdings Limited reported that it bought back a total of 10.40 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange between 6 February and 1 June 2026. The repurchased shares, which have yet to be cancelled, were acquired at prices ranging from HK$5.84 to HK$7.00, translating into an estimated aggregate outlay of HK$64.11 million and a volume-weighted average cost of roughly HK$6.16 per share.
The latest daily transaction occurred on 1 June 2026, when 0.30 million shares were purchased at prices between HK$5.91 and HK$5.98 for HK$1.79 million.
Despite the ongoing buy-backs, AK Medical’s issued share capital was unchanged at 1.12 billion shares as of the close on 1 June 2026, as the repurchased shares had not yet been cancelled. The 10.40 million shares now awaiting cancellation represent about 0.93 % of the company’s outstanding shares.
The repurchase activity utilises 9.26 % of the 112.27 million-share mandate approved by shareholders on 18 June 2025. Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, AK Medical is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 1 July 2026.
