China Ruyi circulates SGM papers dated 4 May 2026 and invites shareholders to update communication preferences

China Ruyi Holdings Limited has dispatched three corporate documents to shareholders: 1) a circular dated 4 May 2026, 2) the notice convening a Special General Meeting (SGM) scheduled for 19 May 2026, and 3) a proxy form for the SGM.

The company confirmed that bilingual versions of these materials are posted on its corporate website (http://www.ryholdings.com) and on the HKEX news portal. Printed copies have been mailed to shareholders who previously elected hard-copy delivery.

Shareholders may at any time revise their preferred method for receiving future corporate communications—either electronically via the company’s website with email alerts or in printed form—by returning the enclosed request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, or by emailing is-ecom@vistra.com. A lead time of at least seven days is required for processing changes.

If no functional email address is provided, China Ruyi will continue to send printed copies or postal notifications of website postings for forthcoming actionable communications. The company notes that emailing documents to the address supplied by a shareholder will constitute compliance with HKEX Listing Rules unless a “non-delivery” message is received.

Enquiries regarding the above arrangements can be directed to Tricor’s customer service hotline on (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
