Prudential plc (PRU) announced on Apr, 30 2026 that its issued share capital admitted to trading consists of 2,521,242,327 ordinary shares of GBP 0.05 each.
Each ordinary share carries one vote and the company holds no treasury shares, giving a total of 2,521,242,327 voting rights.
The insurer said shareholders should use this figure as the denominator when calculating whether they must notify the company of major shareholdings under the UK Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
