CCTC's stock soared 5.05% during intraday trading on Tuesday, marking a significant rebound after recent declines.
The surge is supported by continued price increases for the company's core high-capacity and ultra-high-capacity MLCC products. One ultra-high-capacity MLCC product is now quoted at 72 yuan per 1,000 units, a substantial rise from 50 yuan in mid-June. Industry sources attribute this to strong structural demand from AI computing infrastructure and new energy vehicles, coupled with extended supply-side delivery times and tight inventories, which underpin price strength for high-end products.
The stock had previously faced downward pressure amid broader tech sector weakness and concerns over pricing for mid-to-low capacity MLCCs, but found support near its IPO price, contributing to the current upward movement.
