LX Technology repurchases 120,000 shares; treasury stock expands to 5.26 million

On 20 July 2026 LX Technology Group Limited executed an on-market repurchase of 120,000 ordinary shares, moving the entire lot into treasury. The transaction was conducted within a price band of HKD 19.58 to HKD 21.08 per share, representing a volume-weighted average outlay of HKD 20.43 per share and an aggregate consideration of HKD 2.45 million.

Following the buyback, LX Technology’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.0345 % to 347.996 million shares, while treasury holdings rose to 5.263 million shares. The company’s total issued share count remains unchanged at 353.259 million.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 5 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 35.06 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now stand at 2.58 million shares, equivalent to 0.74 % of the issued share base on the mandate date, leaving a balance of 32.48 million shares available for future repurchase. Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, LX Technology is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 19 August 2026.
