Jacobio-B completes HKD0.49 million on-market buyback; treasury shares rise to 9.28 million

Jacobio Pharmaceuticals Group Co., Ltd. (Jacobio-B) reported that it repurchased 105,000 ordinary shares on 17 July 2026, according to its latest Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The shares were bought on the Exchange at prices ranging from HKD4.64 to HKD4.66, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HKD4.65 per share and an aggregate consideration of HKD0.49 million.

Key post-transaction metrics: • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell by 105,000 to 782.47 million, a marginal 0.013% reduction. • Treasury shares increased to 9.28 million, equivalent to approximately 1.17% of total issued shares of 791.76 million, which remains unchanged. • All 105,000 repurchased shares are being held as treasury stock; none have been cancelled.

Repurchase mandate utilisation: • The share repurchase was executed under the mandate approved on 5 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 78.37 million shares. • Cumulative buybacks under this mandate now total 1.25 million shares, representing 0.16% of the company’s issued shares at the mandate date and about 1.60% of the authorised limit.

Pursuant to Hong Kong listing rules, Jacobio is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 16 August 2026.
