TAIMEI TECH Buys Back 20,000 H Shares, Treasury Stock Rises to 7.42 Million

Zhejiang Taimei Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (“TAIMEI TECH”) reported a repurchase of 20,000 H shares on 7 October 2026, according to its Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The on-market transaction was executed at prices ranging from HKD 4.64 to HKD 4.90, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 4.7495 per share. Total consideration amounted to HKD 0.09 million.

Following the buyback, TAIMEI TECH’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.01 % to 193.17 million shares, while treasury shares increased to 7.42 million. The company’s total issued shares remain unchanged at 200.59 million.

The purchase was made under the repurchase mandate approved on 23 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 20.02 million shares. To date, 7.00 million shares, equivalent to 3.5 % of the issued share base at mandate approval, have been repurchased.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, TAIMEI TECH is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 6 November 2026.
