Man Wah Holdings Cancels 34.13 Million Shares After HK$3.71 Buyback, Cutting Share Count by 0.88%

Man Wah Holdings Limited announced that 34.13 million ordinary shares repurchased on the market between 18 May and 8 June 2026 have been cancelled as of 23 June 2026.

The cancellation reduces the company’s issued share capital to 3.84 billion shares from 3.88 billion, representing a 0.88% contraction.

The shares were repurchased at a volume-weighted average price of HK$3.709 per share, implying a total consideration of approximately HK$126.60 million. No treasury shares remain outstanding following the cancellation.

The board confirmed that the repurchase and cancellation complied with all relevant Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules, legal requirements and corporate authorisations.
