According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on April 17, a shareholder of WK GROUP (02535) transferred shares from UBS Securities Hong Kong to CLSA. The transferred shares had a market value of HK$56.724 million, representing 7.09% of the company's issued share capital.

Separately, WK GROUP announced its annual results for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. The company reported revenue of HK$348 million, a decrease of 12.7% compared to the previous year. Net profit was HK$16.114 million, down 48.8% year-on-year. Basic earnings per share were HK$0.008.
